Terms of Service - DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

The Company provides custom software development, mobile application development, AI-powered web system development, enterprise solutions, software maintenance, and AI algorithm integration services (collectively "Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services
Cooperate with the Company's team throughout the development process
Test the delivered products promptly and provide feedback in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of our Services

4. Payment Terms

All fees for Services are outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule, and late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall receive ownership of the custom-developed software and applications, excluding third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools used in development. The Company retains the right to use non-confidential project methodologies and general code patterns for other projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
